Originally from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Michael Gormley has been a member of St. Anthony's when he moved down to Houston in 1998. A senior acolyte, Life Teen student, and a teacher of apologetics when in high school, Mike eventually got his GED and attended Franciscan University of Steubenville. He graduated in 2004 with an Undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Theology and was hired for 3.5 years as the youth minister for our parish. Eventually, Mike would get married to Shannon, finished his Masters in Theology and Christian Ministry, and become our Adult Faith Formation Coordinator. He has four children, ages 3 to 8 years old and a couple of other podcasts that shall remain nameless.
